How we handle your data, audio, and personal information
Vaantra is designed with privacy at its core. Audio is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after transcription. We do not store, record, or share your conference call audio.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to specify what type of data VerticalServe Consulting Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively the "Company" or "VerticalServe") collect from users through Vaantra and its associated website, and how that data will be used.

Vaantra processes audio from your microphone or conference call in real-time. Here's how we handle this sensitive data:
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, and preferences.
When using Google OAuth to sign in to the Vaantra web application, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This information is used solely for authentication purposes.
We track information provided by your browser when you use the Service, such as the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected, and the time and date of access. We track this information using cookies or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier.
